Question 1

How do I purchase a course or downloadable product?

Accepted Answer

Start from a published offer in the Morrowmint collection. A learner account is required: create one or sign in, then verify the account email before purchasing. From the published offer page, choose the purchase action to open checkout. The purchase stays locked until Morrowmint verifies the payment.

Question 2

When does access unlock after checkout?

Accepted Answer

After checkout, Morrowmint checks the payment and the purchase details. Access is added only when that check verifies the payment for the purchasing account and offer. Until then, the purchase remains locked.

Question 3

Where do I find a purchased course?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to the account that purchased the course and open My library at /dashboard/courses. Find the entitled course and choose Continue learning to open its protected course room at /dashboard/courses/[courseId].

Question 4

How do I download a purchased digital product?

Accepted Answer

Sign in to the account that made the purchase and open My library at /dashboard/courses. Find the entitled downloadable product and choose Download file from its library entry. Downloads are account-protected and are available only while the purchase has access and the owner-saved file is available.

Question 5

Why is a purchase still locked?

Accepted Answer

A pending, failed, or cancelled payment does not unlock access. The purchase remains locked until payment is verified. Use the existing offer or account flow where it provides the next step for that item.

Question 6

What if a course or download is unavailable?

Accepted Answer

If an owner-saved file is unavailable, the digital product cannot be downloaded. If access has expired or been revoked, the library or course room shows it as unavailable. In each case, use the existing offer or account flow where the product provides it; no public URL or unverified email link unlocks protected materials.
